worship
@ 10 AM
Join us for a set-apart time with others seeking faith and community during this special Advent season.
What to expect at Sunday worship:
We look forward to meeting you! Our service usually lasts about 1 hour and 10 minutes and includes a mix of singing, lifting up our joys and concerns, hearing an encouraging message, and breaking bread together through the sacrament of communion. We celebrate an open table, so all are invited to receive the bread and juice.
Dress is casual. The atmosphere is inviting. The people are mostly normal ; )
If you have any questions about the service or our church before your first visit, please don’t hesitate to contact us at jay@violetcrown.church.
Accessibility and Inclusivity:
Our entry doors and all of our restrooms are fully wheelchair accessible. In addition, we offer one All-Gender Restroom with privacy stalls, and one family-friendly/individual restroom with a privacy lock. If you are a person with visual impairment or vision loss, please let us know so we can assist you as you enter the sanctuary.
For communion, we serve grape juice in place of wine and also have gluten-free bread available for those who are gluten-sensitive.
NURSERY & Play Space
Infants and toddlers are invited to enjoy child care in our nursery during the service, or if parents prefer they are welcome to worship with us in the sanctuary in a special space just for them.
